Wedding Cake Tasting Box - 6th March
Cake Flavours include:
- Cookies and Cream - Madagascan Vanilla and crushed Oreo Cake. Swiss Meringue Buttercream and crushed Oreo filling.
- Luxury Chocolate Fudge Cake - A rich, luxury and velvety chocolate cake filled with whipped chocolate buttercream.
- Biscoff - A buttermilk brown sugar sponge filled with crunchy Biscoff spread and silky Biscoff Swiss meringue buttercream.
- Vanilla - Madagascan vanilla sponge filled with Madagascan vanilla Swiss meringue buttercream and strawberry jam.
- Caramel Cake - A moist and sticky caramel sponge layered with thick salted caramel sauce.
- Toffee Apple - A sponge cake with cinnamon, chopped apple and hazelnuts, filled with a caramel swiss meringue buttercream.
- Lemon and White Chocolate - Zesty lemon cake filled with a subtle skim of white Belgian chocolate ganache and lemon curd.
- Chocolate Orange - A dense chocolate orange cake made with real Belgian chocolate, filled with orange chocolate ganache and orange Swiss meringue buttercream.
- Gingerbread Cake - A moist sticky gingerbread sponge with a cinnamon and brown sugar buttercream filling.
- White Chocolate Passion - A Belgian white chocolate mud cake, filled with passion fruit curd and thin skim of white chocolate ganache
- Raspberry and White Chocolate - A subtly flavoured white chocolate sponge with real raspberries, filled with subtly flavoured white chocolate swiss meringue buttercream. This is not full on white chocolate flavoured, but just enough to balance the tang of the raspberries.
- Banoffee - A banana sponge, filled with salted caramel and plain swiss meringue buttercream. Swiss meringue is silkier and creamier than standard butter cream so stops the cake being too sugary sweet.
- Cherry Bakewell - A light almond sponge, with dark cherry jam and cherry bakewell flavoured buttercream.
