Many bakers concentrate on the cake looking great and dont work as hard on the flavours.
Often when you try the cake, you have to do so by time meeting up, being sold to and tasting in front of the person that baked the cake.
We offer samples by post.
You can try them at home in your own time whilst we keep your date on hold.

About Me
Through tireless experimentation I turned a weekend interest into a bona fide wedding cake busines and have since baked 100's of wedding cakes.
I love to create simple cake designs that are elegant, a little rustic and have a romantic feel.
Most couples adorn their cakes with real flowers, which is something I have always loved. Arranging the flowers is one of my favourite parts of making a cake.
I bake sponge cakes in a variety of modern flavours, allowing you to offer flavours that you love and will wow your guests.
