Bookings should be made at least 2 weeks before but ideally a month of 2 ahead to ensure availability for celebration cakes, but please do ask as cancellations do happen and odd dates can remain available.
Wedding should be book about 1 year - 18months in advance for popular spring/summer dates, 6 moths - 1 year for for autumn/winter.
